    • Prime national websites - We provide a step-above with our subscription to the Showcase Listing product on Realtor.com.  This product provides multiple photo postings, virtual tour links and enhanced text to catch buyer’s attention.  This product drives consumer inquiries directly to Stephanie Clark from the web.  Your listing is posted on Realtor.com and these websites – to name a few.

Note:  All of our web advertising has strong statistical tracking so we can monitor how many unique visitors are viewing your house online.  These stats will tell us what parts of the online posting they are reviewing – photos, descriptions, virtual tours, brochures, etc. 

    • Virtual tour – (Depending on home) Our virtual tour is the highest quality tour on the market.  The virtual tour scenes are crisp and sharp.  The slideshow photos are exceptional – and the tour also includes enhancements like satellite imagery, local school information and audio narration – for a “live” tour experience.  The tour will be available through a link on all online postings.
